Founded in 2015, Nosh By Josh is a locally owned small business that has been proudly serving our school community. Chef Josh is known for his generous, family-style meals that are both flavorful and thoughtfully prepared—always with attention to dietary needs, allergies, and preferences.

Specializing in Filipino cuisine and grazing-style charcuterie tables, Chef Josh also crafts diverse menus that range from Asian-inspired and Spanish-influenced to classic comfort foods. Whether it's a daily hot lunch, a special school celebration, or a large-scale community event, he brings creativity, quality, and heart to every dish.
